Looked at this awhile ago. It appeared people used Lolita as a private plane available to the "elite" to catch a flight to various places other than the island...early bait to begin networking the "elite"? Seems odd that Sarah Ferguson would be the one to connect Andrew to Ghislaine or maybe it makes perfect sense in their world.
