🚨 BREAKING: The DC Court of Appeals has granted @JeffClarkUS
 a victory over the DC Bar.

In a unanimous decision - the Court ruled against the DC Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel for unconstitutionally subpoenaing Clark in violation of his Fifth Amendment rights.

We’re not surprised that Regime Press like @kyledcheney
 and others are choosing not to cover this news.

Jack Smith certainly can't be happy that the DC Bar is failing to land a punch against his target Jeff Clark.
