SCOTUSblog Co-Founder Amy Howe discussed the U.S. Supreme Court oral argument in United States v Rahimi, a case on whether people under domestic violence protective orders can have guns. Currently, under federal law this is prohibited. In 2020 a Texas court issued a two-year order and revoked the gun license of Zackey Rahimi.
