These clouds created by gravity waves generated from VLF.....

The very low frequency is generated by HF (high frequency) pulses into the atmosphere and ionosphere ..which creates plasma that vibrates (radiates) out Very LOW frequency gravity waves.

From HAARP directly on what happens electromagnetically when transmitting to the ionosphere... doing HF pulses (pulses of High Frequency).
Notice the spread out from the transmitter at a low altitude and ground level... not just high in the sky.
This is a simulation from the University of Alaska showing the invisible electromagnetism created in a visual diagram..... with HAARP at the very center down below in Gakona Alaska (map shows Alaska).
The area shown is in KM (kilometers) and the time is about 2000 nanoseconds or literally less than the blink of an eye.
Ultimately we are seeing extremly [extremely] short pulses of very powerful rotating (oscillating) electromagnetic energy which shows a huge several hundred KM wide EMF field distortion along with the actual HF radio waves being broadcast up into the ionosphere.
It does appear to spread out at ground level as far as it goes up into the ionosphere!!!!!
