A man shot and killed one person and injured another woman before driving onto I-5 to flee from the police. After a brief pursuit he crashed his car before taking his own life. This caused MEGA delays on I-5 as seen in the video 
The video from psavage17 shows the cars piling up on I5. The delays and closures took hours 🥶 to clear and investigate this past Sunday.
