American Artifacts: U.S. Army Medical Department Museum Director's Favorite Items. U.S. Army Medical Department Museum director George Wunderlich took us behind the scenes to see some of his favorite items in the collection. He showed us models of a Civil War-era ambulance train, a doll made by a POW nurse in World War II, and a 1960 dummy used to train army medical professionals.

Korematsu v. United States Mock Court Argument. Korematsu v. United States was re-argued on the 80th anniversary of the 1944 U.S. Supreme Court case challenging the internment of more than 120,000 Japanese Americans during World War II. Justice Robert Jackson was one of three dissenting members of the court who opposed the detention camps. The Robert H. Jackson Center sponsored this event at George Washington University Law School.
