If your seeing this error message. At the top under Board Rules to the left of Catalog click on Magrathea and post from there. 

If the error message is "connection failed"
Usually a hard reload 
shift+click refresh or 
ctrl+F5 or shift+F5 or 
ctrl+shift+R
