The two professors contributed to the justice's biography, My Own Words. Some of the topics Justice Ginsburg discussed were how she met her husband Marty; her interview with late night talk show host Stephen Colbert about her workout routine; her majority opinion in United States v. Virginia, in which the Court struck down the long-standing male-only admission policy of the Virginia Military Institute; and other Court decision.

President Trump with Coronavirus Task Force Briefing
President Trump and the White House Coronavirus Task Force gave an update on the federal response to the pandemic. The president began remarks noting his sadness and concern for British Prime Minister Boris Johnson who is now in intensive care after testing positive for COVID-19. He said U.S. pharmaceutical companies are in contact with the prime minister's doctors regarding potential therapeutics that may help his condition. President Trump also mentioned that he was on a phone call earlier with former Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden regarding the virus and the government response. Other topics he touched on included federal and state coordination with distribution of medical supplies, testing capacity and the firing of the captain of the U.S.S. Theodore Roosevelt.

The conversation was the keynote event of a symposium co-hosted by the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy and the War Horse News, and sponsored by the Knight Foundation.
