BECKET @becketfund - On April 22, the Supreme Court will hear Becket’s case, Mahmoud v. Taylor, where it will decide if parental notice and opt-outs in Montgomery County, Maryland will be restored.
Becket’s 2024 Religious Freedom Index found that 77% of Americans support parents’ ability to opt their children out when controversial topics are taught in school. This strong showing of support shows that this case resonates far beyond Maryland.

One message reportedly read, “Prepare to die, you, Tulsi, and everyone you hold dear. America will burn.”
Amin also allegedly shared an image of himself pointing a gun at a photo of Gabbard.
He now faces federal charges.
