Ronald Reagan Funeral Service
In a religious funeral service for President Ronald Reagan, current and former world leaders and U.S. presidents gathered to pay their respects. Eulogies were given by former President George H.W. Bush, former Canadian Prime Minister Mulrooney, former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and President George W. Bush. The program began with the entry of the casket and the family into the vestibule of the cathedral. The program includes scenes of guests leaving the cathedral after the casket and the family departed. The program concludes with a split screen of the interior of the cathedral where the final music is being played and scenes of the honor guard assembling at Andrews Air Force Base. Lady Thatcher's remarks were pre-recorded on video due to health concerns. The service was one of several official ceremonies that paid tribute to the former president with full military honors, musical selections and traditional hymns.S
