FBI offers up to $50,000 reward for information on suspect Vance Boelter
The FBI announced it is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information “leading to the arrest and conviction” of Vance Boelter, the 57-year-old suspected of shooting two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses.
The agency’s Minneapolis field office is helping Minnesota’s Brooklyn Park Police Department and the state’s Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension in the search for Boelter, who officials say was impersonating a police officer at the time of the shooting.
Authorities are encouraging anyone with information to call the FBI’s tipline at 1-800-225-5324 or the BCA at 1-877-996-6222, or send an emailed tip to bca.tips@state.mn.us.
