For decades I have promised you that Iran will not have nuclear weapons. Indeed, with all the swift actions our fighters have taken, we have brought Iran's nuclear project to a standstill. And if anyone in Iran tries to revive this project - we will act with the same determination, with the same force, to thwart any such attempt. I repeat: Iran will not have nuclear weapons.
With the same force, with the same determination, we destroyed Iran's missile manufacturing industry. We destroyed dozens of missile manufacturing plants. We severely damaged the missile stockpile. We destroyed most of the launchers. In many cases, we destroyed them minutes before they launched the deadly missiles at Israel. Iran's malicious intent - to threaten Israel's existence within a few years with tens of thousands of ballistic missiles - this threat has also been removed.
With regard to the Iranian regime, we dealt crushing blows to the evil regime. We eliminated many more senior officials, we destroyed headquarters, we attacked Revolutionary Guard bases, we attacked Basij bases, we damaged symbols of the regime. And this morning, a few hours before the ceasefire, we dealt the ayatollahs' regime the hardest blow since the beginning of the war, the hardest blow in its history. We eliminated hundreds of regime operatives in a crushing attack, the most crushing that Tehran has seen in the last fifty years.
Citizens of Israel,
I thank you, my friend, President Trump, and the United States, for their part in defending Israel and eliminating the Iranian nuclear threat. The United States joining the campaign, not only on the defensive side, but also on the offensive side - this is a historic event. It has never happened before. It is the fruit of a diplomatic effort that I led together with Secretary Dermer in front of President Trump and his team. And I must tell you, Israel has never had a greater friend than President Trump in the White House, and I thank him very much for our joint work. This has enormous implications for Israel's national security, for the security of each and every one of you, and of your children, and your grandchildren, and for the entire Middle East.
Citizens of Israel,
On October 7, we were in the abyss. We suffered the most terrible disaster in the history of the country. But thanks to the joint forces of the government, the security forces, and you - the people, we were able to recover and fight back with a vengeance. Twenty months later, we controlled the skies of Iran and exacted from it an unprecedented price, a price it never imagined it would pay.
But despite our brilliant achievements, we are not riding the waves of euphoria. We are not smug, we are not complacent, quite the opposite. We have no intention of taking our foot off the gas pedal. We must complete the campaign against the Iranian axis, defeat Hamas, and bring about the release of all our hostages - both living and dead.
To the families of the kidnapped, I say:
We have not stopped for a moment, not even for a moment, including during the war, our efforts to bring all our captives home. Again - both the living and the dead. And we will not relent from this sacred mission until it is completed.
And to the bereaved families, I say: Your loved ones, our heroes, did not fall in vain. Because their bravery and sacrifice - it is what allowed us to break the Iranian axis. Without the great achievements in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and against terrorism in Judea and Samaria - we would not have been able to reach Tehran.
