The FBI Richmond office investigated a priest (unnamed) from the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX) who refused to discuss private conversations with a parishioner converting to Catholicism. 
This  investigation involved monitoring the priest’s background, travel plans, and credit card information.
Shame on the FBI. Shame on Wray.
