Toxic Waste From Los Angeles Fire Dumped In Residential Neighborhoods!
Jul 14, 2025 The Jimmy Dore Show PODCAST
Real estate entrepreneur Elaine Culotti is criticizing California officials for mishandling toxic wildfire debris from areas like the Pacific Palisades, claiming it’s being dumped in unlicensed local landfills and posing health risks.

During this appearance on The Jimmy Dore Show she proposes a plan to transport the debris via truck and rail to a fully permitted but unused landfill facility in Imperial Valley, bypassing urban landfills and reducing environmental harm. Despite delivering her plan to Governor Gavin Newsom and the EPA, she says it has been ignored, highlighting broader government inefficiencies. Culotti also blames excessive regulation and taxes—like LA's mansion tax—for crippling real estate recovery and says California’s leadership is failing its residents.
