Jeff Carlson @themarketswork - Pompeo directed the sanctions against @TelizhenkoAndy. Why? Because Andrii was exposing the fraud from the start. He was at those meetings in early 2016. The sanctions imposed on him should be lifted now.
Remember: Everything that Tulsi is releasing now was available to Pompeo.

At the time, Andrii was a diplomat at the Ukrainian Embassy in DC, and he was in the room in January 2016 when Ciaramella and other Obama operatives told Ukrainian officials to start generating dirt linking Trump, Manafort, and Russia.
Before Trump was even inaugurated, Andrii came forward to spill the beans on the collusion between Obama officials and their Ukrainian counterparts to smear Trump (his statement below is from January 11, 2017).
Andrii has now been fully vindicated. The malicious sanctions imposed on him by Pompeo and Mnuchin, who smeared him as a Russian disinformation asset, should be lifted immediately. He was telling the truth. They weren’t. And now the record is clear.

NABU was effectively started under Obama by Biden & the FBI in late 2014. It exists to give the FBI - and the CIA - onsite presence and direct influence on the ground in Ukraine.

Some necessary context: Brian Fitzpatrick was part of the FBI group stationed in Ukraine in ~2014-16 that helped set up NABU - the “Anti corruption” unit that was sparring with Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Shokin.
The FBI established an on-site presence at NABU in Jan 2016 (right at the time Biden was trying to fire Shokin) and had an office there by June 2016 - but both the FBI & NABU have refused to make that agreement public.
NABU officials met with the Obama administration in Jan 2016 reportedly re: Shokin’s Burisma investigation and Paul Manafort. Eric Ciaramella was involved in those meetings at some point.
It was also NABU who pushed out the (possibly fabricated) Black Ledger that was used to take  out Paul Manafort.
There's something else as well:
On Feb. 18, 2016, one week after the first FBI representative was installed at NABU, authorities in Latvia flagged a series of "suspicious" financial transactions linked to Hunter Biden, Devon Archer & two other individuals involved w/Burisma.
Those transactions were never investigated.
