We have been for the last eight years and some of us were under severe attacks that destroyed our capabilities for many years. One of the best things I ever did for myself and my wife, is expose USAID, because since then, we do not get the same level of chemical attacks, for example, their hasn't been any toxic spraying in front of our house a month later after USAID was diminished.
