He's right.  There's a zero percent chance the Democrats wouldn't jettison the filibuster in the Senate if they were to (shudders to even think about it) retake the Senate.
Mind you, it's not even a law but rather a procedural tool.
Cast it aside to use our majority to get his MAGA agenda passed...such as securing our elections (Voter ID, clean voter rolls, severe restrictions on mail-in ballots, using paper ballots, single-day voting, etc.) to deliver on the mandate voters granted him.
The Democrats won't stand a chance at recapturing both houses of Congress because widespread election fraud is key to their survival.
