Shipwreckedcrew @shipwreckedcrew - I think there are open questions about whether the video could be considered "conduct unbecoming" which does apply to retired military who are receiving retirement benefits or otherwise subject to recall.
The calls I've seen involved calls - if appropriate under the UCMJ - to allow the videos to be judged by other officers.
