Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under @DeptofWar
 jurisdiction (one is CIA and four are former military but not “retired”, so they are no longer subject to UCMJ). However, Mark Kelly (retired Navy Commander) is still subject to UCMJ—and he knows that.
As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation—lending the appearance of authority to his words. Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately.

Chenneour says she was walking to an audition when a man in central London assaulted her.
She described her attacker as "about 50 years old, 6ft 3in, black, wearing a dark-coloured hat and black clothes," according to the Daily Beast
"Literally five minutes before my audition, I was walking around the corner at Oxford Circus, and this guy just looks at me, and targets me, and f**king hits me."
Chenneour says being in central London now is "nerve-racking."
Earlier this year, Chenneour was targeted in a separate incident when a teen tried stealing her phone.
The actress said she was ready to return to life in London and was considering moving back to the area before the second attack.
London is a mess.
