Jesus Diaz De Leon, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, has been convicted of armed robbery and attempted murder of a peace officer.
We arrested him right after he completed his prison sentence in 2024, but under the Biden administration, he was released into the community and failed to check in as required.
ICE arrested him again in San Bernadino, CA, Jan. 9, and this time, he’ll remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
