Three powerful committee chairs (Jordan, Steil, Comer) issued the deadline Sunday. ActBlue's CEO took the 5th when she appeared before Congress earlier this month. The platform has withheld 422 subpoenaed documents, claiming privilege. The chairs say that claim is "baseless." Contempt of Congress is on the table if they don't comply by June 26.
