Intel Vice Chair Warner (D-VA) introduced the Do Not Interfere in our Intelligence Act (DNII Act) to ensure "an individual without intelligence or national security experience, such as (acting DNI) Bill Pulte, would not be eligible to bypass Senate-confirmed intelligence leaders & assume control of the intelligence community."

Craig Caplan @CraigCaplan - U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 today to allow the Trump Administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for people from Haiti and Syria. The House passed legislation 224-204 on April 16 extend TPS status to Haitian immigrants living the U.S. SCOTUS heard the Mullin v. Doe case 13 days later on April 29.

House scheduled to be in session tomorrow. GOP leadership has not reached agreement with Luna and other Republicans on moving forward with rules and legislation in the House over the inaction by the Senate, which has adjourned under 7/13, on the SAVE America Act.
