TinEye has earliest first found April 22, 2015 but we know better, by April 2015 TATTERSHALL CASTLE is back on the Thames after refit, and her colours have changed to the grey hull with the blue toopped funnel.
Riverbank Plaza hotel, 18 Albert Embankment, does not have the roof editions. I see the hoarding over our favourite Westminster Place tower, but I see no cranes at all from over County Hall all the way down to the Millbank Tower.
Notice there is a vessel mid-channel. See the water by the Eye and then again over near the moored boats? Option A) Another boat has come down river and has passed the camera position when pic is taken.
Option B) Thames normally looks like that with current flow and how the surrounding lights are positioned. I'll check back through what I have, maybe try to nab some tourist videos.
