I hope my being a terrible influence didn't have anything to do with it. Do you have any sort of routine with fixed responsibilities and such? I find that having a couple, even if it's not every day of the week, helps a ton with that problem. It's just a matter of getting off your ass and signing up for stuff. Courses, a job, sports, whatever
