No, never. I don't know exactly what it entails, but if it's about removing yourself from your ego and from conscious thought in general, I feel like there are other activities that can achieve that

Oh yeah, she's cute alright. And she looked absolutely ridiculous playing a tough worldly girl. Awful casting choice and one of the weakest aspects of the movie imo. It's crazy how they did the strong female protagonist so well so many times in the 80s and 90s and now apparently it can't be done anymore? Why? If you were trying to push the concept of women being equal to men wouldn't you want to do that trope well?
