All of the theory doesn't really matter, in practice it comes down to:
> commit yourself to exercise and enhance your imagination/dreams
Like you would commit yourself to physical exercises, make a serious effort of making your unconscious experience better, like a virtual reality if possible.
I'm sure anyone observed that they had moments in which imagination was extra good, you could see things more clearly, even imagine sensations. The goal is to enhance that.
> keep a dream journal
> experiment with sensorial overload or deprivation (loud overwhelming music or total silence/darkness, either extreme is fine)
> consider having frequent quality waking fantasies or dreams a necessary activity for your mental health
This is what Jung calls having an inner life as well as an outer life.
What you are using those hours of dreaming/imagination for doesn't matter initially, could be just gooning, could be power fantasies killing retards, could be just looking at the random stuff you brain generates. Its your personal AI playground.
Once you acquire that vocabulary/technology, everything else will likely just happen by itself.
