I finally went to see a doctor again. He said he doesn't think I actually suffer from depression or whatever and my bad mood and tiredness are just a consequence of my breathing problems. I have to get blood work done which I don't know if I can do tbh and see the otolaryngologist who isn't free for at least the next two weeks.
