The ones I notice are the (sometimes very) thin ones, which I'd chalk up to their native ancestors being guaraní rather than aymara or some other tribe where they genetically can't into processed food. That ethnic group also has a curious correlation with tomboyness, a lot of them are free spirited types and not very feminine. If you watch some yt footage of argie hippies living in communes or stuff like that, 90% of the women will be "sicilindians". Often wearing short hair like a pixie cut or even a buzzcut if they're on that level of tomboyness
