That's brutal, and for $13. I assume there's no warranty too. 
What I most recently got screwed on is a pack of boxer brief underwear. They are a nylon fabric and if I drag my rough man fingers across them it pulls out threads from the fabric. Shit is one step away from being microplastics in the ocean. At least I can cut them up and use them as rags.
