she's like a puppy with a new toy, look at her little brain go. too cute. Unlike Storm here I don't really believe in manifestation in the strictest sense of the word, but I think it's true that we're limited by restrictive thought patterns. You've seen how negative most of my posts are on here. The thing is, I don't think it's good or right that my brain defaults to that, I don't like it, and it's not good for me, but I can also understand why I'm often negative. I couldn't agree more with the idea that one is not their mind, or better yet, their traumas, but I'm not about to go full-on Sucker Punch delulu. I just wanted to say something about that before going to bed but I'll come back with a more thought out post on the matter tomorrow

I think there's a little more research being done about these sorts of things these days, but I don't keep up with science news
