> what is it? I recently started thinking that the humidity of my house probably makes it worse. In the past there were days where I spent more time outside and that seemed to help.
The air quality and humidty seems pretty important as well as washing sheets regularly to kill of the alergens. I think it needs to be somewhat humid so the air is not too dry, which causes issues, but can't be too humid either because that will increase the dust mites. The thing I tried out is called oil pulling, I don't know if you have ever heard of that. For some reason many different sources write that it helps clear the nose and congestion, and produces better sleep and so on. It has other benefits as well like whitening the teeth, preventing cavities and tooth problems and more. I have been doing it for 2 days, and I feel genuinely more energetic and not as tired. Usually I wake up in the morning and feel so tired and exhausted that I want to go back to sleep immediately, but today I woke up and felt like I had a great sleep. So I don't know if the oil pulling had something to do with it but I will keep trying it out
