Interesting to think about. And I have heard that thing about wise people coming up with things in their dreams before. The German that designed the Wankel rotary engine came up with it in a dream. 
In my case I think it was just my brain tormenting me. This woman kissed me in front of some random people, but later in the dream she ignored me. Spectral thot just toying with me. Though in general I am going to start embracing dreaming more. Maybe I can invent something cool.
