aftermarket air coolers don't make much sense either for that matter, unless you're going to OC it hard or live in the Sahara or something. My current CPU has been running on the stock cooler for a decade. There were multiple times that it failed because it came in contact with a cable and the CPU hit almost 100° C and shut down. Not once but like 4-5 times. Nothing at all happened, it kept working just fine afterwards. These people think their CPU won't last a month if they don't get a $4500 liquid nitrogen cooling system
