Not really many. In brazil the main problem are nordestinos, which are worse than blacks.
They come from the north area of the country (as implied by the name) have 10+ kids each, and they are a mix of black slaves, dutch jew pirates and cannibal natives. Its hard to make comparisons.
And yes, there are significant racial divides, but different from the US.
