I think no, Trump and Russia and China doesn't coordinate to to eliminate NWO.
I think a group of North Korean people controls North Korea centered around the Kim family, and the face is Kim Jong-un. China has some influence but China sold out North Korea when they joined the embargo of North Korea. Russia also has some influence due to recent cooperation. I do not think North Korea is a client state of either China or Russia.
