BLDGBLOG (http://www.bldgblog.com/) is a blog loosely about architecture. Most posts are about some small self-contained piece of trivial, often centered around some unexpected "physical" way of interacting with buildings. E.g. muon tomography to look inside ancient Mayan pyramids; or the way burglars (and IDF soildiers) prefer going through walls instead of doors; or seemingly ordinary boring houses which turn out to be a hidden air intake or seismological measuring station.
