The only suitable one is Tau Ceti.
It has a spectral class of G8, so almost like the Sun, no wild flares, a moderate luminosity of 0.5 luminosity of the Sun. It rotates in about the same time as the sun. Metallicity is as low as that of the Sun. No dangerous neighbors and violent flashing variables, up to the dangerous YZ Ceti 0.72 light-year. It is only 11.9 light years away.
