In Perm, foreigners working at a powder plant staged riots. The riot arose in the right-bank district of New Crimea, reports the portal “Novosti 24”.
Migrants from Central Asian countries were centrally brought to work at the Perm Powder Plant due to staff shortages. The men were placed in a former kindergarten and dispensary. Thus, in the center of the residential quarter there was an enclave of citizens of the near abroad.
The precedent came after a group of migrants insulted a local woman in a T-shirt and jeans. Her husband jumped out to help the girl. Foreigners almost tore the spouses apart, if not for the police intervention. But an angry mob also attacked the police. And the local leader through a megaphone voiced the demands of the community. Among them, conditions were put forward for Russian women to dress according to Muslim rules.
The locals are panicking. People are sharing their anxiety in chat rooms. According to some reports, many people are afraid to go out. All police forces are gathered to the place of settlement.
Judging by the personnel in social networks, law enforcement officers are mass detention of plant workers. So far, the slackers have not commented on the situation.
