This video is a perfect example of a lone soldier that could have and should have been killed by civilians. A group of civilians could have attacked him with Molotov cocktails or commanded a dog to attack and disable the soldier, then you could all move in as a group and kill him. It's a fairly easy and low risk assault if done correctly and these sorts of attacks should be occurring every day.
