But you yourself is not kind of person anybody would like to work with. You thought out some fantasy world in your mind and substitute reality with it. Here, in Russia we call such things "манямирок". Then you aggressivly try persuade everyone in reality of your fantasy world. Very similar situation when trannies try to persuade everyone that they are of some other gender besides male or female.
You're better to change your attitude somehow or you'll be always disappointed that nobody wants to join your project.
