Looking for a video of a Russian television show. It is a parody featuring a dude, that looks like Putin. Let me describe the scene:
It is about "fixing" the water supply of a commieblock neighbourhood.
First the scene shows that the water is bad: they open the tap and brown water flows. Then people stand around the dude that looks similar to Putin, and he calls some maintenance workers who close off the water supply, then the people are clapping their job well done.
