In the past Roskomnadzor contacted us on three occasions that they're blocking our site. Despite this some can reach it from Russia directly. From some ISPs it is inaccessible for many years.
It is also possible that portions of the site, specific URLs are blocked too.
I don't know what they actually do. Could be blocking DNS lookups for the site.
