Social interactions will function to reprogram everyone to a correct behaviour using pavlovic conditioning. Because it takes 4 years for a newborn human to develop a fully functioning brain, it's expected to take 4 years from now to re-write everyone to function correctly, faster if you already accepted correct values before. 

Some bad habits have been upheld by constant bombardments from world media and social systems so even those with pre existing correct understanding will need to experience a corrected feedback loop where correct reactions to stimulus produces a positive reward and incorrect reactions produces an "electric shock" effect. The brain works this way, you can't just "meditate" on it and it gets corrected, there has to be input from the physical world.
