Okay forget about that, I think I stop doing it soon instead. The more I do it the more I don't like it, it turns out to be the opposite of addicting as I tought before. I fear it messes with my energy in ways that are no good. I guess yoga and all that falun gong stuff just isn't my cup of tea. But I appreciate your explanations as I can now understand why you would recommend it and how you think it works.

Can everyone now go without food for a thousand years? I guess some might try it directly then.
