Interesting. I just started a project to accomplish something similar for myself yesterday. Specifically, altering the DNA/species of the physical body by saturating it with appropriately programmed energies. This manifested as extended bouts of physical pain in the gut and head areas rather than a feeling of relief, but this sort of sensation is typical in my experience for cleansing/transformative workings. 

Seeing this (tower-generated?) synchronicity indicates to me that the working is complete. I definitely feel a pronounced shift in my mind, feels more ethereal. I'll try some zen exercises as recommended here  >>/3266/ to see if anything interesting happens.
