I was talking to those who already have learned how to build gong, not to complete newbies, which I don't expect are on this board. Since I aim to have one particle made from each exercise I pick, I commented on how this intense exercise is fast to do compared to other exercises, if you have limited time. The one I do most is standing straight with palms together, then breathing out with a long MMMMM sound. Doing this along with standing bandas and vajroli mudra will create a green moon orb almost every time I do it. That doesn't means a beginner will have that effect, I reached here on the 4th year of daily yoga.

I'm not sure what your criticism is about? This is like saying
