I did this "raise up leg exercise" but that was an extremely heavy channeling and I literally punched open the pathways. I had to invoke a bunch of energies connect to multiple realms and when I punched at the "Pressure point" I could "attach" my awareness to the pain and move the energy from there. I had to sing songs like I am possessed to make some energy "move". The reason why spirituality can't be really "taught" through youtube videos because the yogi need to see and correct the mistakes you unknowingly do. It takes time to strengthen the muscles and gain awareness to the energies that it releases. (mostly because most of the "improvement" that happens is on some "subtle" level and you will not see that anything happens at all for a very long time) Currently I am dumping all my "skill points" into body awareness because that is what I need to "ground" my energies. When I suddenly "learned" the "spider yoga" (It's about synchronizing the "multitude of limbs" to be able to "climb" the "threads of Fate") Shiva appeared as usual and with a slightly serious and annoyed face he told me now he will teach me the yoga called the "human". Because learning out of this world yoga techniques without even being aware of the basics is so ridiculous and dangerous that he couldn't stand it anymore. He told me to not do any yoga exercise and not do any diet keep doing things that "make me happy" and let my body "accustom" itself to the energies. I need to feel it and do everything as the "feeling guides me". Imitating others is not the way (for me currently. It turns out I am fixated on the wrong things if I do that and it would take too long that way to get it "right") Also yeah vamps have an extremely "High level yoga" but I think only the "Higher ups" can do it "right". > you have to be a yogic master to do it You can be an extremely persistent or lucky fool too! I asked her opinion about the "vision" I am seeing about the things that will "come" because it's no small undertaking and it won't work if anyone with even an ounce of power "opposes it". And she has not just power but ways to see others with power too. She told me > if things get back on track we can finally get rid of the collective suffering of demonkind. She supports the endeavor.
