After working on it for three days finalized the process and completed the solar ring. This is my first construct I've made in the astral so forgive me if it looks a bit rough the sketch but I can feel my energy in my body feel more balanced since completing it. Not sure what the next step would be might ask the vampire I met before since they were my guide in the super session and first gave me the ring.
