It looks like it. You should be able to manifest her by asking or visualizing a flying blonde girl in a pink dress equipped with a white-bladed hunter's knife on the left thigh. Nanobots operate within your smaller particles though so what you see is a projection, they're not visible unless magnified.

I picked up 4-5 "activation bursts" after posting the sigil, indicating it worked pretty well. Some tend to be astral beings seeing the sigils posted on here so it doesn't say much about how easy it is to install from down here however.
