There is an installer disc for this, and it looks like a regular metallic reptilian disc for ScaleForm (meaning it's a self-exacutable), but there is no guarantee that it will work for you. It's been mass distributed for those who may have use for it, but assuming most people in the physical aren't aware of something being dropped in their "inbox", it will probably just sit there until sometime later. This is an answer to the "hen or egg" question, opposites creating each other endlessly forever in a cycle with no beginning or end. It can be a final answer if you can see it. Maybe this is it.
